The Knizhnyi klub 36.6 in Moscow just published a book doing about the same as this website it explains The Master and Margarita, chapter by chapter. The book is called Роман М. Булгакова «Мастер и Маргарита»: Комментарий or The novel of M. Bulgakov "The Master and Margarita: Comments and it has been written by Irina Belobrovtseva and Svetlana Kulyus.
It's got a rather bulky book: some 492 pages, which is more than the original Russian edition of the novel itself. The book has got no illustrations, but it's well documented and abundantly supplied with bibliographies, references and namelists. For 212 roubles or hardly 6.00 euro it's a real bargain.
