Andrey Kuraev
Andrey Kuraev is the archdeacon of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Archangel Michael in Troparevo. He is also professor at the Moscow Theological Academy, and part-time chairman of the Faculty of Religious Philosophy at the Moscow State University M.V. Lomonosov.
No wonder that his lecture on The Master and Margarita is called Is The Master and Margarita for or against Christ? Kuraev is a well known speaker on The Master and Margarita in Russian speaking countries. However, the organizers often complain about his high fee and his far-reaching conditions.
