The Master and Margarita in the theatre
A simple surf with Google learns us that in the last five years there were hundreds of theatre companies worldwide that performed their adaptation of The Master and Margarita. Which is not obvious for such complex novel with three story lines and so many different characters and fantastic scenes.
In Moscow you can watch a representation of The Master and Margarita almost daily. The Taganka, the MXHAT and the Stanislavsky theatre have their adaptation on their recurring repertoire.
