When flying from Brussels to Moscow you arrive at Шереметьево (Sheremetyevo-SVO) when using Aeroflot, or Домодедово (Domodedjovo-DME) with Brussels Airlines. It are not really beautiful or romantic spots. Especially the drive from Sheremetyevo to the center looks a vision of dreariness until Pushkin's monument at Tverskaya street. It’s like driving the Boomsesteenweg in Belgium's Aartselaar raised to the square. Ugly concrete apartment blocks, big stores with huge publicity panes, often bigger than the stores, a very bad road surface... it does not lead to suspect that you can find very nice spots in the city. But there are. Here's an overview of some of my favourites.
