Biography
Iker Spozio, born on 05/06/1972 in a village near the Lago Maggiore in Italy, is an illustrator and graphic designer. He has collaborated with several record labels, radio stations, and fashion and music magazines. From 2001 to early 2005 he illustrated the magazine Ptolemaic Terrascope. His illustrations have been published in several magazines and newspapers worldwide, including Le Monde (France) and El País (Spain).
A couple of years ago he decided to start with his project to illustrate The Master and Margarita. The idea was to illustrate each chapter of the book, including the epilogue, plus two panels that would make the front and back covers of the book, in case a publisher ever got interested in printing the whole thing. He managed to make fifteen engraved panels, corresponding to novel's first fifteen chapters.
Unfortunately, lack of time made him stop the project, but he hopes he'll eventually be back to it.
