Margarita's house for sale

The house on Maly Vlasevsky pereulok number 12 in Moscow is for sale. Many people consider it as the prototype for the house where Margarita lived with her husband in The Master and Margarita.
The real estate agency Century 21 West, which is trying to sell the house on behalf of two Russian businessmen, said that the asking price is about 42 million dollar.
The mansion, together with a farmhouse and the related outbuildings were built in 1903. According to the agency's project manager, 31 cars can park on the adjacent land.
Still according to the seller, the architecture and decoration of the interior of the mansion consist of several elements of Art Nouveau. The original compositional structure and decoration of the facades are fully preserved, just like the original finishing of the interior. I don't know hether this is true, because on the photos which were published by Century 21 West, the house looks much nicer than on the photos which I made myself. You can see the differences below. It is of course possible that the house has been restored since I visited it. High time to go to Moscow again, I guess...
