Michael Pemberton est un chanteur, compositeur et acteur de New York. Il a étudié à l'Université de l'état de North Dakota. Depuis plus de 18 ans, il est un musicien connu dans les clubs de New York. Son bagage musical se compose de la musique rock, folk, country et pop.

Musicalement, sa réalisation la plus remarquable jusqu'à ce jour, est la chanson Eye To Eye qu'il a écrit avec la chanteuse Sara Ramírez.

Depuis le début de l'année 2012, Michael Pemberton travaille, avec son groupe éponyme, sur un opéra rock basé sur Le maître et Marguerite. Bien que le projet est encore en plein développement, le groupe a déjà donné plusieurs concerts avec le matériel de l'opéra. Pemberton nous a informé qu'il a déjà 19 chansons prêtes, et qu'il espère pouvoir enregistrer un album.

Le 31 octobre 2012, le Michael Pemberton Band a organisé un Halloween Rock Show au Cutting Room à New York City, où ils ont joué une sélection de chansons de l'opéra rock The Master and Margarita.
